YPG series pressure type atomizing granulating dryer is composed of high-pressure pump, drying tower, catcher, fan, etc. Heat source can adopt steam, conduction oil, hot blast heater, etc.
Principle and characteristics
(I)Particle diameter is between 50um and 500um. The dried products have food fluidity, excellent dispersion and wettability.
(II)All parts contacting with materials are manufactured with stainless steel, or at customer's request.
(III) Primary particle yield is above 80%.
(IV)Compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, small floor area.
